Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinics
These services are for anyone with cats or dogs.
 No matter where you live or what your income is.
You must be 18 to sign paper work, it must be your animal or
rescue, and you must pay at time of sign up. The law requires
 that your animal have a rabies vaccine, if you do not have
 proof of rabies shots, the clinic can provid this service as well.
